Once hired, I research best-in-class options, leverage my insider access, and build your bespoke itinerary. You get to pick and choose the options you want so that the trip is perfect for you.

Reserve & Reconfirm
After you approve the itinerary and the trip is booked, I continue to leverage access to the value-added bells and whistles to make your trip extraordinary. Let me fine-tune the details for you.

Monitor & Manage
Scout & Bimble monitors all the components of your itinerary. If something changes, I take care of it and provide you visibility and any choices for updates or necessary changes to your trip.

Relax & Enjoy
You get to pack for your trip and relax while I coordinate the final details. While you live out your dream getaway, I continue any and all support you may need during your trip ~ from departure to return.

What are your service fees?
After the consultation, a non-refundable service fee / retainer is determined for each client. Details pertaining to the specific trip will determine the appropriate service fee, which will retain the services provided by Scout & Bimble for the lifecycle of the trip.
Can I earn travel brand loyalty points?
Travel brand loyalty membership numbers can be added to
any applicable booking.
What if I need help with my trip after everything is confirmed?
Once you have made a confirmed booking with Scout & Bimble, personalized support is on hand for the lifecycle of your trip.
